Both the Frost and Diamond black UK versions of the RX7V appear to come with the Arai logo only on the front (gold-ish colour on the Frost black). The ones with graphics have logos on the back. The one you were offered (at a good price!) seems kosher to me.
Issue is that ive seen both uk models with the lacquered logo on the rear rather than vinyl stick on and that put me off. In fact ive not seen any other shop sell them with anything other than the lacquered logo on the rear so i wonder if they were non uk models
