For me the only thing he could of done was to strighten up and run off track....then the red mist would of been on....i would of lent on him.
Absolutely, anyone who has raced has done something very similar. This isn't football its bike racing !! Just get on with the racing ,
Mate you got me there. I have to put up with a 10" cock to attract the ladies. And when my mate's not around, I really struggle.
It did look ike he had an option earlier in the process to slow and cut, at least slow and run only over the kerb, not right off the track. But thungs happen so quick and decsions made in split seconds. And what makes the greats great is they make the right choices
For me, for 7 laps it was racing by both parties, and top class at that. It ceased to be racing when Rossi decided to run Marquez out and did what he did.
Half of me suspects marquez wanted to take rossi down. He had the pace, and would likely have caught rossi if he backed off then got back on it. Or had red mist fun trying
My point is that MM chose to turn right into Rossi and caused the collision. Prior to that VR was running MM wide, something that is allowed within the rules and a tactic routinely used by many racers. Whether VR was looking left, right or straight ahead is neither here nor there in my opinion.
Maybe he was looking left to make sure marquez had enough space so he wouldnt crash? Just a thought...
I think that was the case in Philip island but not here , Marq was gonna just keep on shoving it up the inside till something happened , it did , in Rossi's place I would have waited for a tighter turn then ran him off track without looking at him ,
another thing is, if you look at the pace at which MM made his passes, it certainly looked like he had the speed to carry on and fvk off.. if he was struggling with the fuel load or worried about tires why not just tuck in behind and pass latter in the race? why keep repassing then running slightly wide to allow rossi through only to carve him up in the next corner...
And MM learned what can happen when you stand up to a bully, not that I am agree that VR was being a bully.
Forgetting our individual opinions of riders actions and fairness the facts as I see them, Marquez stated he would not affect the champion rivals Twice he did, both times Rossi faired worse, Now unless the penalty is delayed or overturned Marquez will decide the championship.
