I know it’s a Shoei helmet, but this video is quite useful… Especially the bit at 1:15 that shows you how to find gaps between visor and rubber seal. A couple of other things I’ve learned that help - In really cold weather, if you know your not going to be using your helmets brow or top vents, just use some old foam earplugs from the inside of the helmet and plug off the corresponding holes in the polystyrene liner, you’ll be amazed at how much noise this can cut out. Once the weather warms up again, just pull em out again…easy This last tip, when you think about it is blindly obvious but I bet about 95% of us still do it… When your not using your helmet DON’T clip the visor shut!…this is squashing the seal constantly and eventually the rubber seal will “ compression set” ie loose it’s ability to spring back and form a good seal. When you put your lid away, just close the visor without clipping it shut and put it in the helmet bag, will last loads longer that way
