Tony, Glad you have fixed it, I had a similar problem with my 916sps ... turned out to be the electrical / pump connection under tank / seat area, when you sat on the bike it would slightly disconnect. Sounds easy to diagnose but split hoses in tank and other possible theories keep throwing you off the issue! VTwin ......... Shrewsbury.
