Exacerbated by living in Scotland with even fewer dealers. For me at least I have 4 or 5 accredited dealers to choose from within a reasonable distance.
I booked my bike in two weeks ago for its first service. Earliest date I could get is 3rd August. Dealer said every bike coming in is way over the 600 miles but cannot be helped and it’s not a problem.
When I ran my KTM in they stated I had up to about 800 miles for the first oil change and not worry at being at 620 miles exactly, but not to book in before that mileage.
I got my switchgear done in a week, and just had my headlight replaced in 2 weeks by motorapido in Winchester, time to find yourself another dealer. I hadn’t bought the bike there either
