I access Discovery+ via the TV rather than the BT Box. Via the Android OS of the TV where you have youtube, and all those other things.
You should have had an email from BT a few months ago with a link to sign up on an App for mobile media. If you log in to your BT Home page, you should see it under “Your Products”. It works fine on my iPad but I’m struggling to get the videos to play on my smart TV. Think it might be a Tyzen issue with Samsung. Andy
I’m on BT and have sport. I got the email. Just went to sign up and it wants me to create yet another password and set up an account. I’m so tired of the coverage I simply can’t be arsed.
Probably right. But I honestly can’t be bothered. I don’t get the chance to watch it all anyway and if they can’t simply add it to your tv account then they don’t deserve my business going forward.
I will be watching the GP coverage with interest this weekend. Any more session move to discovery (i already miss practice on Saturday and Sunday) i will be cancelling. Not much point paying for something you cant access even if it does feel like im cutting off my nose to spite my face a bit. Fuck em though, streaming is utter shite and just an excuse to charge you extra for something youre paying for already. Twats.
Is anyone planning on doing Donny next month? Ive been thinking about it but seems a long way to go just to watch AB clear off into the distance (x3)...
I don't think I will. I was there yesterday for BEMSEE and as much as the track is kept beautifully at the moment, the amount of safety fencing has render the viewing really quite limiting, you can get clear view of the track but a LONG way back. Not saying safety isn't important, but it's just not quite as thrilling as it was.
Yes, we'll be arriving some time Friday pm. Booked in to the outside campsite. Sacrificed hook up for a bit of peace and quiet Andy
Thats a shame, we always used to camp for moto gp and come down and sat at craner curves/starkeys bridge (when you could climb onto the bridge without too much bother). Great times.
For any committed enthusiasts for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, or Triumph it might be tiresome. But for lovers of Ducati, it'll be great.
I like/"love"/own a Ducati but i dont want to see a race thats all but over after 1 lap, whats the point in that? Id also suggest its not going to reflect well in attendance figures either, which is a shame because at the start of the season, the depth of talent and manufacturers looked to be at an all time high (or close to). No idea what the answer is though, assuming there is one.
FIA will review the performance of each bike again after Donington and will revise restrictions as appropriate. If changes are made and implemented like the last rpm adjustments, all Ducati V4’s will get penalised for Bautista’s brilliance. Trouble is, no-one currently on the grid can preserve the tyres like Bautista and IMO, that’s the root of the advantage. Andy
I love Ducati's but I hate Ducati. Weird aint I. Its up to other manufacturers to step up, but hard when VW/Audi are chucking money at wsb and motogp. I think theyre ruining the spectacle personally.
How about a mid season bike swap where the “keys” are thrown in a pot and it’s a lucky dip what you come out with?
