  1. id love to see some MV augustas in it

  2. They are in it. Supersport.

  3. It represents a win Sir.!, with many more coming this season, it would make sense.

  4. Found it interesting to say the least to hear Greg Haines say how Bulega has "jumped on the Ducati and fitted it like a glove from the off".

Its almost like the whole of year last year when he was on the same bike and never won a single race never happened.

  5. Do we think the racings going to get any close as the season progresses or is it likely to be more of the same from here to October/early Nov?
Assen normally provides pretty close racing but that weekend was largely dull as a spectacle.

  6. It is motorbike racing, highly unpredictable as proved by comparing the results at Assen to the OPs first posting.
One bit of bad luck - an injurious crash for instance, and a lot changes. It is unlikely I know, but so was AB's fall from grace after he dominated the first rounds and built a huge lead in his first season on the V4.
Compared to Johnathon Rae's dominant run Bautista's is just a blip.

  7. The numbers look good but it's more Bautista dominating than Ducati , as in where are the rest of them?

  8. Wasnt just referring to WSB (and the OP was me too :) ), Bulega cleared off in SSP and has already won 4/6 rounds this year.

  9. How heavy is Bautista? He was a couple of garages down from me in Jerez a few weeks back. He really is a midget… gotta be 10kg lighter than everyone else on the grid…

  10. Rumour was 60kg in his leathers. Andy

  11. Yeah I reckon that’s about right looking at him… Are there any weight restrictions in WSB??

  12. Minimum bike weight only in SBK, pretty sure other supporting series is minimum rider and bike weight. Andy

  13. Yes, I think you’re correct. No wonder he keeps clearing off…

  14. Probably right, he's the only rider on any make of bike who can do that at the moment.

  15. This wasn’t a put down on bulega btw I actually looked out for him for a while when he was in moto3.
Very similar to Canet imo, fast as fuck but could never stay on the bloody thing.
Glad to see him doing well now.

  16. But can only pull away when the fuel load goes down. make of that what you will etc…

  17. Too small to muscle a 'heavy' bike through the flip-flops?

  18. Could be or just less wear on the rear tyre compared to the likes of jr.
Rea’s won something like 17 or 18 races round assen and he got his arse spanked (again) so I think alvaro needs a little more credit than he’s getting but it’s a worrying sign for the rest of the season imo (barring accidents which no one wants to see of course)

  19. Even when you watch practice and quali and riderrs like Alex lowes “have great race pace” they just drop off the face of the earth. They were even talking about him winning this weekend lol.
