I agree. I test rode the ohlins shod bike and it's so comfortable, you just sling it into any corner, and around she goes,a little wobble or weave maybe, but soooo comfortable, great bike, enjoy!
Funny thing... I was that BMW rider... Spent many miles in the saddle of an 05 R1200 GS... It is a wonderful machine in its own right. But ultimately I wanted something more spirited, and quite frankly the Multi fits me better. I had to learn to ride my 2010 Multi a gear (or two) lower than the BMW in town or at low speed you can't lug the engine like you can on the beemer. The fueling can be somewhat frustrating and the throttle feels more like a switch sometimes... Much of this has been addressed by Rexxer, Tuneboy, and CJ's . for some reason 3rd party engineers are able to accomplish what Ducati isn't with engine mapping.
